Dr. Rastogi offers a concierge medicine service for patients without health insurance or having high deductibles. Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) can be used for subscriptions.
Concierge Medicine provides enhanced access and personal attention, including 24/7 access, direct cell phone contact, same-day appointments, and extended visits. In exchange, doctors receive annual fees.
Dr. Rastogi’s Service:
- Executive wellness service
- One annual preventive wellness visit
- Covers four visits per year and unlimited consultations via phone and telemedicine.
- Includes prescription services and specialist referrals.
- Covers one basic blood work test per year.
- Provides one laser treatment per year.
Annual Membership Fees:
- $1800 per year ($150 per month)
- Covers primary care, excluding laser and addiction treatment.
- Non-transferable and nonrefundable.
- Valid for one year, with full payment due at contract signing.
