Dr. Rastogi participates with all major medical insurance carriers including High mark Blue Shield, Blue Cross, various HMOs (Aetna, United, Geisinger etc) and PPOs. Dr. Rastogi accepts all Medicare insurance plans.

Our practice does not participates with any Medicaid and Gateway type of insurance plans.
